I think you have to take out the reflectors (there is a screw under there), then I know there are bolts on eitehr side of the bottom. Beyond that, I'm not sure (I have an installtion manual for a ____________ * kit and I remember those details in the manual.



* no pun intended, but I will not release the name of teh kit until I've finished putting it on my car (a 6-12 month job due to the cost of the project).
