tmobile sucks panda nuts

Can someone help me get out of a tmobile contract without an etf? The family plan is under my moms name but the phone I had under my line broke and I never use it so its a waste. I also have a verizon account under my name and will get a droid tomorrow and give my curve to my mom so f tmobile.

I broke my phone a while back and switched back to verizon but don't use the tmobile line and want to know how to cancel the tmobile wo etf.
