Loaner Car

I'm sure this is a dumb question, but I'm taking my car in for an oil change in the next couple of weeks and was needing a car for the day. Will my local dealership provide me with a loaner at no charge? Thanks.

They should if you request it. It may not be a BMW, but one from a local rental agency the dealer contracts with.

to be certain, call and make a schedule 2 weeks in advance and say you need a loaner. FYI...you might not get a bimmer but some jap/american cars tho. So don't be surprised by it.

Oh I am sure they will. I remember when I brought my car for maintenance (Peake BMW, New Orleans), the dealer insisted to give me a loaner car until the car is done, even though I kept saying that I have my ride waiting for me outside... Hehe the guy asked me for like 3 times before he finally gave up. Good people there...

I had to take my car to get something fixed I did not notice when I got the car. My dad takes it for service two weeks later and they try to give him a Kia loaner. They claimed they had zero BMW loaners available. When you buy two new BMWs less then two weeks ago you do not drive home a loaner Kia. As a result of my father dominating them, they somehow managed to find a 325i for him to take home.
