I'm trying to purchase an album on iTunes that is only available in the UK. Im being restricted since I am in the US.

Can anyone help me out. I'll paypal you the money and then you can purchase and ZIP the tracks for me?

Cannot be bought on one itunes account and played on another as far i am aware?! Isn't there still some DRM to stop this happening?

Exactly

But .. if he tells us the album he can have it for nowt and donate the cost to charity

(although you can easily strip the DRM out of any itunes download. Just burn to CD as an audio file, then rip back into itunes .. et voila!)

I was in long discussion with the op yesterday. Cant happen if tracks are drm. He's away now.

It can if you strip out the DRM

yeh i ended up using a proxy to get around the whole territory restriction... made for a nice drive this morning =]

thank you tho for everyones time and consideration into possibly helping a fellow e90'r out. its amazing i tried to get people on the music forum i frequent to help me and not a single person cared. the people on this forum are truly awesome people....

You just have to right click the song and use the "create MP3 version" and the DRM is gone.
