Replacing the 330 chrome exterior trim

Does anybody know how to replace the chrome exterior trim for DIY? is it easy? any instructions? I need to replace the long one that extends from a-pillar to c-pillar. I didn't know how badly it was scratched and since the part isn't that expensive, might as well try to do a DIY repair. Thanks!
