VPC

From what I understand, Canadian cars are imported through the Halifax Port Authority. Mine arrived in Halifax on August 2nd and was on it's way right across Canada via CN Rail on the 4th.

In the states, do all cars go to a VPC? I think Canadian cars go straight to dealers....am I missing something?

At least in Greater Vancouver area the VPC is located on Annacis Island in Delta/Richmond. Then it is trucked to the dealer for final inspection and prep.
