I Just Got Them!! Euro halogens

My euro halogens arrived today...thanx to member " macboi "

...for hooking me up with the great price...now i need some input ..i'm going to swap out all the blubs including the foglights when i do the install....which bulbs are the best upgrades for the halogens???... I want the fogs to match also...need ideas guys......thanx glen

just curious, how come you didn't go all the way and gotten the euro xenon?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Didn't need to spend all that cash on lights, it doesn't bother me that i don't have the xenons... i'll just put brighter bulbs in... but i still wanted the clean euro look

good reasoning, the halogens are bright enough and they look mean!

just make sure you go with a name-brand bulb, none of them 'blue tinted' ones, if you go with the Sylvania silverstar, they're good

I run silverstars on my bike so if i have to, i'll go with those. but i'd like some other ideas...how are the ..piaa's, or mtec's.. compared with the silverstars??

IMHO, piaa's are overpriced for what they are, sylvania is a good brand, tehy make OEM

you can go with Hoen's (spelling?) too,

yeah, and they make quality stuff, IMO
or you can buy from Bimmian.com
they have lightbulbs too, and I've dealt with them, bunch of bimmer owners (at least the one in TO) that's friendly to talk to, and great products

I replaced my fogs with Mtec and they're brighter than the factory ones plus the color are closer to my xenons.. too bad you didn't opt for xenons, they're amazing.
