DIY Parts from Crown...

Whats up guys! Just thought I'd add a couple things that would make life easier for me, you guys, and our E-mail servers.

- If your pretty sure your the first to try a DIY project, let me know what's involved in the Order Comments section when you place the order. That way if theres some sort of odd issue I can prepare you in advance.

- Also please make sure you guys enter your VIN number whenever you place an order that way I can double check color codes, option codes, and whatnot.

Thats pretty much it. I look foward to more DIY projects, so let me know what you guys need! No matter how crazy it is I'll try to get it. -JD

As per JD's advice on stating your VIN. This is a great idea. I mistakenly ordered gray for the rear console cover (rear outlet mod) and JD highlighted to me the error of my order based on my VIN. Great Service!!

I admit...I'm one of those who did not put their VIN #....Sorry, will do it next time. I promise!!!

I recently ordered parts from your department as well.. (Email id: jmudukes819)

I got an email asking for my VIN, and I did send a reply stating my color codes (monaco blue and black leather interior). I am at work, so I dont have my VIN accessible...

I have ordered parts from you before, and have to say its been a very pleasant experience.
