Xenon failure - is this normal?
Sometimes, when I turn on the Xenons the one on then right side takes about 10-15 seconds to come on. Has this happened to any of you?
When it comes on it blinks like those fluorecent bars. Should I go to the dealer? Thank you.

Mine don't do that at all. As soon as I turn them on, they adjust and are on full blast. Take it to the dealer... It's under warranty..
