Well just out of curiosity, can a "non-buyer" leave you a feedback?
It looks like this guy left me a negative feedback on this forum, because I declined his offer, we communicated through PM.  I don't want to leave a retaliatory negative feedback, because there was no transaction done - of course I submitted a request to remove the negative rating. Any other suggestions??? |
