Headlight Calibration Specs?

I just lowered my vehicle and I "think" my headlights may be a little lower than level. I knew I should have measured the height on a wall before the work. I already asked my dealer but the guy could not find the specs. I'm looking for something that will tell me the height on a wall at a certain distance. Worst comes to worst I'll measure my wifes car (non-BMW) headlight reflection at a distance.
My car has bi-xenon of it matters.

look for the headlight adjustment thread... it says everything in it...

just make sure you dont aim them too high blinding oncoming drivers.

Yeah, some people are just plain stupid. Last night, this lame rice burner had headlights aiming Wwaaay up.. In fact, he had his left light aim HIGHER than this right. I had to put some distance between us to avoid his rice blue light.

wells this is wat i did i got my friends car at night and went about 15ft away from his car and adjust it making the tip of my headlight at the top of his trunk. So far its been perfect. But go ahead and try it if that dont work then adjust it from a wall
