Cruise Out to the Big Texas Meet from DFW Thread

i figure it would be cool if everyone going to the meet in Austin from DFW went together if we can all agree on a time and a place. everyone post up their ideas and we will get something together

Place: TBA
Route: TBA

i figure we will make a planned route incase someone leaves late and wants to catch up or gets separated from the group. Post up your ideas.

Well there are a few options... Arlington, GP, Dallas or Fort Worth, really whatever is central. And whenever a time is decided for the GTG, we can estimate the proper roll out time. And I don't know about everyone else, but I'm guessing we are leaving on Saturday the 5th?

hey would any of you guys from DFW mind making a quick stop right off I-35 in waco so i can join in? Its on the way anyways and we still have about an hour 20 minute drive from waco to austin...We can meet at best buy right off the exit.

yea thats what i was thinking..I will be waiting for you guys there so it shouldnt take long to get back on the highway and head to austin. Id rather join in the caravan with you guys instead of drive down by myself. Im the only one from waco going

Last time we had a meet up here in Irving there was about 5 or 6 cars total in our caravan. Although this was only for a short distance from the meet to different photo shoots our caravan was looking HOT with our Bimmers. Can only begin to imagine what a much more healthier caravan rolling down i35 will look like. We (jpurvis) and the ladies took a trip down to San Antonio and WOW the cops were everywhere. They sure kept the Valentine One extremely busy. So don't forget your V1s, 8500x50s or what have you. Also a 2 way radio a plus to communicate with our group. This WILL be fun!

Yea man i need a v1 bad! i cant afford to get anymore tickets and the cops were horrible near the austin area.

My x50 does will down 35.

My suggestion is I-35 & Inwood road, there is a Whataburger and Fours Seasons Hotel. Check out the photo

Yea it's seemed very close, if you look behind the Whataburger there are a lot of parking spot, drive couple hours and stop by Waco have little rest & head to Austin

Cool to see this thread started along with all of the interest here! Stay posted to the other thread and we'll likely come up with a time & place before the end of next week.

Time will most likely be mid-morning to early afternoon to give everyone plenty of time for travel etc.
