My ideal Saturday night :P

Although there were a few parties to go to, I decided to spend this Saturday night with my baby: my e93 :P

Clean the exterior, the wheels, a bit of the engine bay, the interior (vacuum, leather cleaner and conditioner, etc), and finally get around to changing my rear emblem to the CF one I got from JBSPEED weeks ago.

My gf said I'm crazy for spending so much time on 'just a car.'

I ended up cleaning the SLK too haha

Sounds like a fun night to me. My ex once changed the wheels on his 335, I scrubbed down his wheels for him and bagged them up.

I am usually jealous by verts, but yours isnt my cup of tea. I hate chrome lipped wheels, and I dislike your hood. Makes it look very ricer.

Im glad you enjoyed the car.

You don't often see those "just wanted to post to say I don't like your car." posts... Anyway, I like your car. A drive sounds like fun, but it's getting late.

OP - I'm sure you heard this before, but ever think about painting your lower mesh. I think your front will flow a little better.

you are not crazy OP. we all are just "BMW ENTHUSIAST". My ex g/f used to feel jealous. I can look at another woman, but for me to spend time on my 'ol E36 M3, cleaning, and detailing, to her, it was affection that my ex wasn't receiving.

then when i got my 335 she told me to take great care of it cause its so much nicer than my e90 325 hahaha

OP, what do you use to clean the leather?

ever think about it?

Lol!

Of course!! haha
Getting black lower mesh grills, putting white vinyl design (probably keeping just parts of the CF exposed) [going to vinyl because I can't afford to paint it (I don't mean financially, I mean that I'm scared if I paint it one style, and 6 months later I want a different style, I'm screwed type of thing....)] are just a few of my "to-do's" that I need to get around to doing.
Taking off the front bumper will be annoying and I don't have time to leave my car at the shop for the vinyl yet....

And plus, whether someone else likes/loves/dislikes/hates my car, it's perfectly fine with me :P
It's not like it's YOUR car
I know what it is 'missing' and what I plan to do with to make it 'better' in my eyes
The car hasn't even reached its 100 days of life lol. Though I've put almost 5k miles on her

and my girl doesn't know anything about cars... as long as it's comfortable inside, AC works, and it gets us to where we want to go, she's more than happy lol

Btw, regarding pics, my gf has my camera and my iPhone doesn't do much justice lol
Plus, I really didn't expect this thread to even still be up on the first page when I woke up this morning
