Planning BIG BMW meet in Austin Sept. 5 or 6th?

As the title states trying to see IF enough interest out there for a BIG BMW meet this coming September 5th or the 6th Labor Day Weekend. IF enough interest from the DFW, Houston, Austin and San Antonio area is found then we'll hammer out a definite time and place. We've all seen the pics from the other cities here posting their pics so let's combine our cars and show the rest of the forum how TEXAS represents. All those interested please state the date Sept. 5th Saturday or Sept. 6th Sunday.

I'm in for Saturday cause I work Sunday. Chime in guys...

I'm in for this, me and the girlfriend were planning a road trip to to Austin for that weekend so this works out perfect

plus it will be a good chance to break in the new car

Dave and Busters has a huge parking lot out there, easily located off a freeway for a meeting spot. Don't think it's too far a drive out to the better places to go driving either.

Not sure if I can make it, but will see what I can do with my work schedule.

We should probably start with a selection of dates so as to not rule out anyone automatically. This way we can maximize the amount of people there. I know this weekend will be busy for a lot of us. At any rate, I'm down for any date.

Opinions?

For me it would have to be sunday, unless i can get off a little early on saturday. I usually work until 6 and austin is an hour and a half from me.

47 Views only 6 Replies??? There must be more of you guys/gals out there interested in this. The drive to/from Austin itself should be fun riding with a caravan of Bimmers.
Not to mention the V1s full blast saying SLOW DOWN!!!

im down for either date. but prefer saturday 1-3 oclock as a start time. And damnit someone from austin needs to take me out to some parties or clubs so I can see what the austin women are about lol. Im being serious.
