Killer car, and the paint and CF roof looks absolutely flawless. Also, whatever you put on the tire rubber looks great, not too shiny -- the perfect look for tires IMO.

n00b question, but in those first pics, why do you measure the microns and what does that reading with the UM state?

Hot car, and fantastic detail!

I don't want to answer for FMINUS but:

The paint meter helps a detailer detect the thickness of the clearcoat. This helps to determine which polish (or how aggressive a polish) can or should be used. It can also detect if panels have been repaired, since it is very uncommon for paint work to be done to factory spec. Normally, the clear coat is much thicker on panels that have been repaired.

The couplant is used in conjunction with the paint meter; it creates an ultrasonic layer between the probe of the paint meter and paint to ensure the readings are accurate and consistent.
