That a cars wheels are like its teeth. Could you imagine looking at a stunning model who opens her mouth an presents a set of knashers that could eat an apple through a letter box, she would lose her appeal in an instant. What you want to see is a set of sparkling pearly whites.
I think this applies to a car wheels, I have just stuck a set of 19’ 225’s on my e90 and it looks like its teeth have been capped, polished and now looks like Simon Cowell’s or Beckham’s Hampstead’s (Heath – Teeth). Will put some pics up soon |

Agree ...
But following that analogy further ... some wheels make a mouth look like this : D.

Luckily i don't smash my teeth off kerbs (ala American History X!!!) or potholes, so thankfully my teeth look better than my wheels. But i wish my wheels didn't look so scabby. I might pay for a fix next next year - after winter.

New shoes/teeth
Well after a bit of contemplation and some sound words of advise from e90 members (Matt, thanks for the PM) I have got my car sat on a set of 19’ 225’s. I done a bit of searching to get the right set/price and after a bit of looking got the perfect set, with near new tyres for £900. Also managed to see my 18’s to a forum member – we was both pleased. Alec get the pics up here once you have them on.
I will get a better shot up once this fricking weather improves. So whether you view them as new pair of Gucci loafers or a set or pearly whites, they soooooooo improve the look |
