19" wheels and Sport Package:

Okay I bought a set of 19" wheels and want to get them installed

I have a 2009 335I w/ the Sport Package is the car going to be a 4X4?

Or does someone have a good tire size combo so I don't have to lower it (really don't want to)

TIA

No. It`ll not look like a 4x4. Many E90/E90s come from factory with 19" wheels already installed. It is highly recommended that you do lower the car but this is only for aesthetic purposes. Enjoy your new wheels!

It'll look perfect unless you like the 'slammed' look.

Well if it is too high or ungodly horrible I will put the OEM wheels back on it until I get the proper lowering kit for the car, I still want the BMW ride quality

Here's a pic of mine.

Iforged Daytona
275/30/19 rear
235/35/19 front
Sport suspension

There is about an .5 inch gap in the rear and 1.0 inch gap in the front.

I was surprised that it look pretty good not lowered but I am planning on lowering it with H&R sports sometime this summer.

I hope this helps.

For the sedan w/sports package, you should be okay. I have been having 19" wheels on my 06 E90 w/sports package and people whoever see it thought I am on H&R or something. But you might get bored with it down the road (just like me).....

Yeah since this is a summer/fall only car I am sure the mods will become a habit (seems to always happen)

Said I would do wheels/tires now looking into a Juicebox

ya, even with sport package my E92 needs to drop the front about 1/2 an inch. Rear is fine. Actually I think the Dinan suspension only drops the front about 1/2 inch and leaves the rear as is.

looks like you could fit a hamburger in the front fender gap. even a conservative drop will make it look 2x nicer

I've been rolling around on stock sport suspension with 19s and it looks fine. My previous car was a slammed honda on coilovers, so I'm over it already. haha. Enjoying the nice smooth ride. People tend to forget that the car lowers some more when you have people in it too.
