Can you guys give me advice on whether this setup will work on my '06 E90 with OEM Sport Suspension?
19" wheels Front 19x8.5, Offset 38, 235/35/19 Rear 19x9.5, Offset 38, 265/30/19 Thanks in advance!

Yes. I have the same wheel and tire sizes, but my offset is ET35 front and ET32 rear.

I would suggest throwing on a 5mm spacer if you are looking for more of a flush fitment, but with the current setup you are good to go!
