245/40ZR-18 BF Goodrich R-1

245/40ZR-18 BF Goodrich R-1

Can I get these to work some how with my stock 18's?? style 162 8" fronts 8.5" rears...

Or using them on some Kosei K3 18x8.5 all around?? Is it bad to not have them staggered? I would be using this set up for track only.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should be fine, lots of people running that setup. Just be careful with offsets
You don't want anything lower than 32 at the front with 8.5 " rim
Ideal offset is 35-37

Do a search for staggered and you will find plenty of info

Thanks for the response! I should be fine with either set up or the kosei setup?

What are the offsets on the Kosei's? 245/40/18 all around is perfectly fine with the proper offset. +35 is an ideal fitment for a 8.5" wheel.

You'll like those R1's, iv heard they stick like glue when you heat them up.

info for the kosei's is:

18x8.5
Offset: 30mm Backspacing: 5.90" Bolt Pattern: 5-120
Rec. Tire Size:225/40-18
Weight: 20.4lbs.

So, I could use spacers to get the proper offset? And using the 245's front and rear would be a fine setup? I also have pss9's lowered about 1.5" in the front.

18x8.5 +30 all around with 245's are perfectly fine. I dont see why you should need any spacers.

NO NO NO NO... Spacers push the wheels further out, therefore lower the Offset value ... Offset 30 is already too aggressive for the front (Too close to rubbing the fender) offset 35 is ideal, although like I said you will be fine with 245's, probably not 255's

Stock rims are 8" up front and 8.5 in the rear
You can run rears in the front with the 255-35 no problem.
Or you can use the OEm's with same tire size all around although 245 on a 8' rim will be stretched

Just noticed you were lowered... DO NOT GET THE OFFSET 30 WHEELS unless you will roll your fenders... You need Offset 35-37

Uh, tirerack has the Kozies in 40mm offset. That should work. 30mm is going to have the tire sticking too far out.

Why don't you just get teh 40mm offset?
