Is this one of the direct bolt-ons? Is any cutting required?

There is only a small piece of plastic that needs to be trimmed down/cut slightly. Other than that, direct bolt on. If you do a search, you can find a DIY/install and it explians it all pretty well. I hear the install is not difficult at all and pretty straight forward.

What is the finish on the piping? Also, does it have the Stett logo printed on the front? If so, is it the old style or new style logo?

It is black polished finish. And no it doesnt have the logo on it, wasnt a fan of it. And it can always be added on later.
