How to install eye lids?

Just got a pair of Hamann eye lids from DTM...great job guys

Now wondering how to best install these? Couldn't find a DIY outlining materials...what kind of glue do i use? any prep work i should exercise??

Double sided 3M tape and align properly on headlight? That's how my eyelids on my last car installed.

Does the 3M tape stick even after a carwash or is it better to use siliconglue...
I get mine next week and I too stand for this choice..

3m tape sticks fine. multiple washes (hand and auto) without problems.

Use the double-sided mounting tape. It will be easier for you to remove if you change your mind about the look.

exactly what i used couldn't find 3m...this turns out to be a better choice actually ...

so i should just put one line of 3m tape under it and it should do right.... lol sounds like a scared question.. if i dont get a response intime i am just gonna do it..

When I had my Hamann lids on I put several strips of mounting tape on the eyelid. The bottom surface was completely covered with tape. When I changed my mind about the lids, I just peeled it off.

welp.. i installed them.. its sticking welll... i was a lil hesitant, but we'll see when 's the next time i go for a car wash. I did, however, tried tot ake it back off to adjust, but it couldnt come out.. so I guess its good. I have a bit more confidence in it. cool xmas present. Just intime.
