How to install eye lids?
Just got a pair of Hamann eye lids from DTM...great job guys
 Now wondering how to best install these? Couldn't find a DIY outlining materials...what kind of glue do i use? any prep work i should exercise?? |

Double sided 3M tape and align properly on headlight? That's how my eyelids on my last car installed.

3m tape sticks fine. multiple washes (hand and auto) without problems.

Use the double-sided mounting tape. It will be easier for you to remove if you change your mind about the look.

so i should just put one line of 3m tape under it and it should do right.... lol sounds like a scared question.. if i dont get a response intime i am just gonna do it..

welp.. i installed them.. its sticking welll... i was a lil hesitant, but we'll see when 's the next time i go for a car wash. I did, however, tried tot ake it back off to adjust, but it couldnt come out.. so I guess its good. I have a bit more confidence in it.
cool xmas present. Just intime. |
