Where to Mount tires/TPMS question?

I live in the LongBeach/Cerritos/Lakewood area. Any suggestions as to where to safely mount tires to these beautiful wheels without damaging them??? I also was told I need adapters for the TPMS, the flat ones? Where do I get these???

cool! Gideon helped me out last time. i have the vmr vb3s from you guys. vmr is at the top of my list now but im trying to look for someone local! anybody else knows?
