need help flxing the rims

anyone knows any rim shop by queens that can fix my rims?? or any idea how much the cost is? or should i just get a new rim?

i have a guy down here iin tampa that would make that look brand new .. if you ship fedex and have him do fix the wheel it will still be cheaper then a new wheel pm me if you want more info
