Fender Rolling in Northern New Jersey

I just put some new wheels and tires on my 2009 128i today. The rear wheel width is 9.5 and the offset is 45. The rear tire is 265/30/19. When I was coming home I could hear some scraping in the rear when I hit dips in the road on go over bump. It sounds more like it is hitting plastic but I can not tell yet. Looking for recommendations to take my car to get the fenders rolled in the Northern New Jersey area.

Thanks
