no you can do it yourself....by submitting the TPS reports.
the truth, reset it yourself by looking for the tpms option on the on board computer then hit reset...i think you have to hold it down, check the manual

you dont know TPS reports, seriously??? gotta watch office space my friend...the best movie ever.
i don't think it makes a difference. your tpms monitor basically establishes a new baseline everytime you reset it. try it, i purchased a set of tpms and popped them in a on a new set of wheels and didn't have any issues....not sure what car they came from though
