Will these rims fit ?

My car is 2007 335i E92 with stock wheels:

front:
rims: 18", 8", ET34 wheels: 225/40/R18

rear:
rims: 18", 8,5", ET37 wheels: 255/35/R18

Will the following rims fit my car with my stock tires:
18", 8", ET20 all around

Thanks.

Fronts may have some rubbing issues and might need a slight fender roll. The rears should be good to go.

rear will fit no problem... front will rub if your car is low enough... a little fender roll might help

I haven't lowered my car yet so I guess I might be ok with the front wheels as well, right ?

right, but if you hit a bump or pothole that causes your suspension to fully compress, your tire will touch the fender. so you're better off being safe than sorry...

Ditto, full compression on freeway transitions and driveways might cause the rubbing.
