Quick fitment question for 335 E90, and what tires to get?
Looking at a set of wheels with the following dimensions:
19x8.5 et35 front 19x9.5 et45 rear These are going on a '07 E90 335. Two questions: 1. Will the rears sit flush without spacers? The stock rears on the ZSP are 18x8.5 et37, so it seems that they should, right? 2. What would be a good size tire to get for these wheels? I hate the stretched look... I want tires that will actually fit (but not rub). Thanks! |

Et 45 on the rear will be way tucked in, you could run et 30 with 265/30R19 and be safe from rubbing. IMO - ET 30 to 33 w/ 265/30R19 is a safe bet. |

I would recommend sticking with a 9.5 +33 with a 265/30/19 for a direct bolt-on fitment. ET 30 we found sometimes causes a few rubbing issues depending on tire manufacturer and car alignment.

Will a 19x9.5 et45 wheel fit in the rear on a 335i E90 (not LCI) without looking too "tucked" in? When I try the wheel calculator going from stock (18x8.5 et37) to new (19x9.5 et45) it says: 21mm LESS clearance on the strut side, and the outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 5mm. That seems to mean that the wheel would be MORE flush to the fender rather than less, or am I reading that wrong? |

the will not be flush with the fender. the calculator only does very safe fitments......like oe fitments.....
get the 19 x 9.5 et 30-33 and you'll be golden. if you get the et 45, prepare for a 12-15mm spacer!!! |

9.5 +33 will be flush with the rear fenders of a E90/92 without any rubbing issues at stock height. +45 is a bit sunken in and might require at least a 12mm spacer for a flush look.

+30mm rear offset is the best rear fitment with a 19x9.5 rim...
