Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 Tires.
Is it normal to feel small vibrations with non run-flat tires. I fitted my 2007 335i with Michelin PS2 tires, and find a consistent small vibration through the steering column and shifter. In general, throughout the car. It is very minor, but persistently present. Has anyone else experienced this? As soon as I swap to my other rim set with run flats, the vibrations are completely gone. I wonder if people live with these vibrations because they prefer the softer feel of non run-flat tires.

Get your wheels and tires road-force rebalanced. Mine are perfect.

Strange, but after about 2 months with my F1 Asymmetrics, I am noticing a slight shimmy in the wheel at about 60mph. Had the stockers on for a day and it was gone. Going to have them re balanced.

IMO, vibrations usually has something to do with the rims. When i had my C-class during the winter i curb my front rim and started to feel vibrations at speeds 60 mph and higher.

Since switching to non-rft 19' PS2's, I also experience vibration in the steering wheel at 80+ mph but not all the time. Maybe it's certain road surface conditions, but I never felt this vibration w/the 18" rft's. OP, what size are your wheels? OEM or aftermarket?

Tires.
I run oem 18" rims with 225/40ZR18 and 255/35ZR18. All per BMW spec. I notice the door jam does not list the specific combo of 92Y and 94Y as these are non run-flats.
