Wheel/Rims Shops.

I live in Austin, Texas, and I'm thinking of painting my OEM rims black. I believe they would powder coat them... Anyway, Are there any local wheel shops that you guys know of where this can be done? Any other advise would be appreciated!

I'm considering taking my aluminum pedals to one of these 2 places:

Most of the other places I found didn't work with cars (i.e., wheels, etc).
