Is it possible to make offset of +20mm to +25mm on BBS CH 10" Rear?
Possible? Modify both the rear hubface so i need not worry the rubbing issue or negative camber to bring the +20mm offset to about +25mm/+30mm? Is this workable?

Are you talking about shaving off the disk hub side of the wheel by about 5 mm?
I imagine you're concerned about the strength of the wheel in that area. If so, I'm not sure if any of us here is really qualified to answer that question (as it pertains to strength). However, understand that the BBS wheels are very light, so my "guess" is that there may not be much in the way of extra metal in areas that could save weight. |

no, my intention is to have a less aggressive offsets for the rear coz i dont wanna have negative cambers and roll my fenders...
you rolled your fender and running negative camber as well? 10 x 19" BBS CH @ ET20 is way too much that my 325i not able to take it.

Well what frogsman is saying is RIGHT! to have a less offset u would have to have your wheels shaved! that means taking 5mm of the center disc down! Its exactly what i was thinking of doing to the real M5 wheels! the rears will fit but the fronts wont cause there +20offset so id have to shave 10mm at least!

I would not shave more then 2MM. Why don't you just get the 19x9.5 et40 and run a 10mm spacer?

secondly, i dont like spacers coz i gotta source for an entire set of bolts and lock bolts..causing headache for me... one question, why are you running 245/35 on 8.5J Front? many are running 235/35 instead? any reason?

The RE spacers come with bolts, so that solves one problem and like frogman said. I'd be VERY reluctant to shave the inside of a wheel, esp a BBS wheel unless BBS tells you it's fine. So...Maybe you should contact BBS and see what they say?
