there are a few threads on this, but quick summation is that they can be repaired depending on the type of damage and if not too many miles have been driven on the tire after its damage. After owning my car a week, I got a screw stuck in my tire and BMW dealerships (at least in US) informed me that they will not patch run-flats. I took to a reputable tire dealership who would do the repair. If you can, you should call ahead to make sure they will repair run-flats. There were several locations I called that could not or would not service run-flat tires.
