Whattahell????

My sunroof don't work! And this is what I get on the display. Oh well, taking it 4 the first service next week so hopefully they'll fix it.

read thru the manual first before you waste precious gasoline with your trip to dealer...check to make sure there is nothing stuck in the sunroof seam...

Ohh come on I wasn't born yesterday, there is nothing stuck in the seam. I'm guessing it's an electrical glitch. I'm getting my first (free) oil change next week so they can look at that as well.

My E-36 sometimes has a computer glitch that makes it impossible to close the sunroof electrically. I use the handy dandy crank in the tool kit, close the sunroof manually, and then start the engine. This seems to alleviate the computer glitch. But, if my car was under warranty, I would defintely let the dealer worry about it.
