jb3 chip burner in dfw?

Looking for someone local I wanted to upgrade to 1.3, I know its a pita but would greatly appreaciate it.

They will let you download it for free....or you can buy a preprogrammed chip for $20.

If you want to send it to me here in San Antonio, I'll do it for you for free. But that would mean you'd have to ride stock for a few days.

yeah i know bms is doing it for free..but kinda wanted to see if anyone out there with a chip burner would hook me up instead of me sending my current chip and me riding around stock
