X-Men Origins: Wolverine

I had the chance of watching this movie a day earlier then pulic release, my brother works for one of the visual effects companys that worked on the movie.

This is the first X-Men I've watched so far and I was very impressed. I head Howard Stern talk about it this morning and he also had Jackman on the show.

The visual effects and fight sequences were wicked!! The story line and the way the plot progressed was really well done except for the ending.

The ending sucked for me, but for everyone else that has seen the previouse X-Men will appreciat it more.

Stern ranked this movie up there with Batman and Ironman. I haven't seen Ironman so I can't compare it, but it wasn't as good as Batman IMO. Batman's plot and story line was a lot more engaging then Wolverine.

Good movie none the less and it was cool seeing my brothers name on the credits!!

yes, but turns out that Hugh Jackman is a pretty cool dude, so i don't mind spending $10 on a ticket to watch it in the movie theater.

Jackman just dropped $4300 to get breakfast for the fans camping out in front of the movie theater. i know it's not a huge amount of money for him, but still, pretty nice gesture.

TMZ has obtained the receipt from Paradise Bakery in Tempe, Arizona -- where Jackman bought 67 breakfast trays and 80 gallons of coffee for a pack of "Wolverine" fans who had camped out in front of a theater the day before Monday's big premiere.

Once Jackman heard about the fans, he promised to buy them breakfast and placed the order late Sunday. We're told Jackman wanted to keep the food order simple and bought platters of bagels, muffins, and croissants.

No word if Jackman left a tip -- we're gonna assume he did ... 'cause he can do no wrong.

I think the dollar amount does not matter. he could spent a dollar and that would be miles better than other celebrities. Props to him for that kind gesture.
