Broken Rubber Grommet

I tore the rubber grommet that you see in the below picture in half (oopsie). Does anyone have any ideas on potential repairs or fixes?

If I want to order it, it looks like I have to order the whole line. Jason @ Tischer helped me out - he believes it's #3 in the diagram .. which is 215 bucks + a pain in the ass to install.

Fixed it .. Made a make shift grommet.

Took 3 pieces of rubber tubing and rubber cemented them together so the middle goes in the big, and the small goes in the middle. Then just screwed some different screws that have some bite into the small tubing which secured it very well. I'll replace it eventually but not now -- would be a waste of money and the hoses are no where near needing replaced.
