I got it through ebay from "Mtecpowered"

BRAND NEW , I never used it, just bought it had it sit at home, was gonna put it together with my euro halogen headlights, but i sold that so i dont need this anymore..

if the ballasts are MTEC genuine, they should work in all BMWs. But i havent tried on the headlights though, cant assure you.
But the MTEC H11 kit, i can assure you it works flawlessly.

yeah these are genuine mtec ballasts and bulbs.. they said it won't cause any errors tho, if the fogs work without errors..

there no reason why the low beam can't?
