CAI and service

I just purchased my 335i and put on a injen CAI and was wondering will that cause issues when I go in for service ie. oil changes and such? will it have an impact on my warrenty? I know I need to clear my codes and remove my Procede before I go in. I just wasn't sure how mod friendly BMW really is. I'm sure this has been asked before but my searches brought nothing up. Thanks

depending on your dealership and your relationship with your sa, it will be fine. just make sure if you're running a tune, that it is removed and all codes are cleared. also, make sure nothing is wrong with your car as in engine problems. if all is good than you can take it in but if you're really worried than remove it and put back in the stock airbox to be safe. i'm almost due for a service and will take my car in with the injen intake installed.
