It was nice today and i hope everybody enjoy the sunshine... i was initially going to put together a post about the meeting on 26th but this sunday works fine too. it's just that i was planning on getting my rims refinished next week but oh well...

I'm thinking golden garden or alki but as always, am open for all the suggestions. i would say sometime around noon. take some pics, maybe some bbq and perhaps drive down on I-90 or I-5... make some suggestions out...

Lets do it !!!

UPDATE - GOLDEN GARDEN @ 4 PM

Feel free to bring some snacks, drinks, DSLR and hot chicks...
Meet some local people, take some pictures, share some info on mod, things, everything else other than politics, and hopefully drive down to south center mall or bellevue or something...

I was out today enjoying the weather in my car. Got a wicked sunburn too, which I'm baffled about since I was in the car most of the day. Maybe the sunroof isn't UV rated?

Anyway, I was down at Pacific Raceways for the BMW CCA Car Control Clinic. It is a great deal for $125:
Slalom course
Maximum braking course
Skid pad for understeer and oversteer maneuvers
A few parade laps on the PR Road Course
Auto-X course
And finally, ride-alongs with instructors on the road course at full speed (they drive, you ride.)

WELL worth the $125 tuition.

There were 3 E90 M3's there too, plus a few more E92 M3's. The E90's were doing the Car Control Clinic, and the E92's were doing the road course. Also saw a SMART car on the road course (), a Lambo Gallardo () and a few other really cool cars.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand, a meet! Sounds great, but I won't really be able to do anything until 5/9 or later. I've got too much travel between now and then and too many "honey-do's" on the weekends in between.

joe, do you think that i can swing by your place before or after the meet or saturday to pick up and borrow your stock rims? my rims are schedule for refinish next thursday.

If that happens, depending on the time, I may only be able to meet with you guys in Bellevue and take some photos of the rendezvous, but I won't be following you guys to Seattle.
