Just got my Wheels for my 325....

And i plan to drop it with some H&R Springs. Im pretty sure i will have rubbing issues in the back....am i screwed?

Wheel specs...

19x8.5 245/35/19 for the front
19.9.5 275/30/19 for the rear

The rear have a 20mm offset and on bumps i do rub. I dont like the 1.5" gap that exist with the stock suspension so im planning on dropping it with H&R sport springs this friday. Am i going to be screwed? What options do i have to avoid rubbing......i mean whats my cheapest option. Thanks!

I will post pics after i drop the car.

Your new rear rims are 30mm's closer to the rear fenders, which is very close and you have big rear tires. When you drop it, it's gonna rub like crazy man. Those rear offsets are too aggresive. You can try putting on 245 tires on the back, but I still think they will rub, not to mention when you have things in the truck and people in the back seat.

For a 9.5" rear wheel, it's best to get close to +30.

So my only real choice to prevent major rubbing is to change out both rear rims to 30mm offset correct? Then i can keep my 275 tires?

+30 is good. I have seen people go lower on a 9.5" rear rim, like +25 or +26, but with a 275 tire and sport springs, IMHO, no way. Compared to stock, your 275 tires are almost a half inch bigger in diameter than stock. You may still rub with a 9.5", +30 w/275/30/19's but not as bad as you would if you had say a +25 offset.

nah, i dont think a drop and you keeping the 275's will work...ive got 20x10's offset 35mm in the back and am running 275's, dropped on coilovers...still rubs with passengers and heavy load in trunk..imo, if u wanna drop and keep the agressive offset, then you will have to go thinner in the rear...maybe even 255..gl
