Stupid Concrete Things!
I feel a bit stupid right about now... I was pulling in to a parking stall and knew i was at an odd angle.. i heard a small scuff noise, backed off then had half the car in and heard another... Car is 1 month old tomorrow, i guess it could have been worse but i ended up giving some (minor?) scratches to both the rims on my drivers side
Is there any easy/cheap way to touch these up? Thanks, Ed |

Whoa Nelly!!! It happens to the best of us. There should be some reputable rim repair shops in your area. They usually charge around 150.00 per wheel

Yeah...Yeah...everyone will get one sooner or later. I just got my second time 2 nights ago at the parking structure. My rear left wheel scratched almost half around. It took me 2 hours to fix it myself, but it didn't look orgininal anyway. The first time I got was my 159 wheels...
I was only upset the most when I scratched my front bumper after owning a car for less than 2 months and when some mofo keyed my driver's side fender, doors. Since we drive a nice car with high performance tires, be prepare for these to happen.

The same thing happened to me about a month after owning the car. You'll never forget this whenever you parallel park or get close to curb from this point on.
This might be a good time to consider aftermarket wheels and keep these as spares. |

I know how you feel. I just had a dent and scratch guy leave my house. He did an awesome job on my front spoiler and rear bumper. Check out the before and after pics. Good luck!

My wife has managed to scrape the same front tire twice. The latest was at Burger King Drive thru. I swear she can't drive and she has glasses but doesn't seem to wear them. It really fucking pisses me off everytime and I keep reminding her how much a new wheel costs. I think I will try the DIY and fix it since she made a long scratch this time. It is like an eyesore everytime I look at it.
