Uh there's only really 3.. you have a 1/3 chance to find one that works..

But seriously, Bellevue gets so so remarks, Seattle gets decent feedback, and Fife/Northwest is too dam far!

lol

Hehe, Bellevue BMW always get complain. Only if you get hook up by someone from the Bellevue dealership or someone who knows the people there, and then you will get a better service. If you like, I can give one of the service guy there a head up and help you out. Good luck!

I'm going in for a engine service soon light and a brake inspection, they squeak like mad. I scheduled like 2 days in advance.

I've been very happy with Seattle BMW, and will never again take my car to Bellevue. Pretty sure Bellevue doesn't understand what customer service means.

i'm pretty happy with as long as you make sure you don't get car wash there on either ones. i usually make appointment 2~3 weeks in advance so that i can get loaners. seattle has some cool loaners like 335i, 135i, x5... bellevue only has 328i and x3. besides that have no complaints. dean at bellevue's awesome!

Last time I went to Bellevue they did a fantastic job washing the car, they even did a quick vacuum and it was almost perfectly dry. They do a pretty fine job there, but you have to call a month in advance to get a loaner, otherwise you will be carless. Now if they can just fix my horrible rattling car permanently.

Bellevue BMW sucks! Worst dealer ever! They have no idea what customer service is. If you go in there and they think you don't make more than 250K a year you are a nobody to them!

Fife BMW I would recommend.

I've only had my car service once in the Seattle region, I went to Bellevue and had no issues, my service was oils change and brake fluid flush. Before going in I scheduled a test drive, drove around a 08 550i during my service.

Overall I was happy with Bellevue BMW....No complaints.

funny, I have the exact opposite opinion, I've taken my car to NW a couple of times because its close to my home and let me say that they treat me like a child, I know I'm young but (20) but seriously, age discrimination is unacceptable in my book.. Their parts department is very good, their sales is acceptable, but their customer service is by far the worst in the PNW region.

I've only been to BMW Bellevue twice, once when I was shopping for a car, and the other time was when I went in for my 15k service. From my experience, the sales department is absolutely garbage, one of the sales rep got an attitude with me and started raising his voice at my Mom when I refused to buy a used 328i for 45k even when I told him that I wanted a new one from the start.. long story short, we walked out on him, I don't know how he became a BMW sales rep. When I went to Bellevue for my 15k service, the CA I had was the one at the very end on the right (right next to the stairs and the wheels display).. He was very laid back and chill, he even got his hands dirty (changed the micro filter) while the mechanic changed my oil and checked the car.. All this because I told him that I was in a rush.. btw, I was like 20 minutes late for my appointment and they quoted me a 45min job over the phone, but they got me out of there in 20 minutes! needless to say, I was very happy with the man ( I can't recall his name though...)

Given the opinion on the two dealers, I would rate BMW Seattle 10/10, their sales department is awesome, Mark is the man The deal I got on my 335i was unheard of at the time, he made the process so easy too.. I would definitely buy from him again. The service dept. is awesome, they take great care of the car and they are promt. I will say though that they couldnt fix my right passenger speaker the first time but they eventually fixed it (this was because the tech couldnt find anything wrong with it, but I was sure that the speaker was either blown or had a loose nut/bolt which was making a rattleing noise during certain songs). BMW NW wouldnt even take a look at it because they couldn't "diagnose the problem".. and when I asked them to double check, they said they didnt have time and that they were "sure" that nothing was wrong.. Anyways, Seattle finally figured out that it was actually the speaker unit itself so they ordered a new one for me and installed it. The parts dept. is also a pleasure to visit as they are very friendly and although their prices are no comparison for Tischer BMW online store, but they are a little cheaper than NW..

So... there it is, my review on the three dealerships.

+1, they are spoiled by Microsoft and don't have to work for their business. It's worth the drive across the lake to go to BMW Seattle.

Funny you should say that. The crappy-ass salesmen that was trying to put me in a 328 (even though I was adamant about getting a 335) repeatedly keep pointing out that they were right next to Microsoft, so selling cars was no problem for them.

Microsoft my ass.. I should run by there again just to see if that tool is still working there.
