H&R Springs? Red vs Black?

Can someone tell me what the difference between the black and red springs are? Just color? Ride Height? Stiffness?

For the M3, sport is red... because they don't make RACE for the M3. That would seem to indicate that red=the lowest they offer, because on the E46 and I believe on the E90 as well, Sport is either Grey or Black, and Race is Red

They didn't do one for the E46 M3, so I doubt they'll do one for the E92 unfortunately. Plus, Franky, you're a fan of H&R Coils if I remember correctly
