Do these work for E90?

http://www.umnitza.com/product_info....8cde8fa01dbe4e

I thought the Hella system that produces the halo effect was the same for all BMW's. On the the PIAA box, it reads all BMW's except the E90.

So, has anyone used these or know the answer?

These are very appealing, since BREX is so hard to find.

It looks like it's for the 5 series. Look at the E codes..

The box says it will also pass the Japanese Vehicle Inspection. The rings will be a bright blue color unlike the OEM yellowish tone. It also says that these rings will not fit halogen headlight fitted vehicles. According to the box these are the vehicles that this product will fit.

1 series (E87)
5 series (E39)
5 series (E60)
6 series (E63)
7 series (E65)
X5 (E53)

As you can see, it says no where on the box from the front view of the pic, that this will fit the 3 series. It is ultimately your risk and choice, so choose wisely to save time and cost. Good luck.

Good catch, but I think they were not doing any research on the E90 when they made this.

I'll pop over to our dealership with a unit tomorrow and fit it and report.:rocks:

The writing on the box probably came out before the E90. They just haven't updated the box with the E90 spec.

Do you really think that the E90 uses a different system from the rest of the BMW cars?
