Need info about lip BEHIND bumper cover

It's the plastic piece BEHIND the bumper cover (Part Number 51117181308) that the bottom of the bumper screws into.

Maybe this is it:

No part number for #20 or #23 though.

Not sure about your car, but on mine (E90) I think the right and left side are the wheel well liners (that the right name for them?). The center piece looked to be a portion of the under-body protection/cover. Again, not sure if it is the same on yours or not.
