ANYONE know what feature is?

I noticed a black clip of some kind. It is in the trunk next to the trunk light. It has a icon on it as well. Any thoughts?

It's for holding up the flap over the lower trunk bin when you open it. The flap clicks into this clip to keep it up out of your way while you are digging around in your storage bin.

Yup. I found this out once by accident. I was putting stuff in the bottom, and I'm thinking, wouldn't it be nice if there was something to hold this up. I pressed it up towards the top, sure enough I look in, and it was being held up there nicely. Extremely helpful when accessing stuff in the storage bin..

oh cool, i didn't know about that. mainly because i barely ever use that area.

I keep all my car stuff there. On the shallow side is the first aid kit from my A4, on the other side I have an air pump, some tools, fuses, electrical tape, etc, and some blankets and sheets to protect the seats if I ever need to carry anything in the car. I like/use that space a lot, I can hide everything down there, and then the rest of the trunk is empty..
