Which Brand Runflats... ??
...do you have ? Is there any brand that is preferable ?
I have 18" Bridgestones and have a problem with a "small "bulge" in the sidewall. The sidewall is not scraped and is in perfect condition. My car has only 2500 miles on it !!! J

Bridgestone Turanza is the most common OEM, but there are others such as Pirelli. If you have a bulged sidewall, you should contact a service center immediately and have it looked at. Most likely it will need to be replaced - which is where the fight starts. Just be prepared for them to accuse you of hitting a pothole or something.

17" Bridgestone A/S, but I'm interested in finding some other possible RFTs that aren't on freakin backorder and might offer a more softer ride.

USA/Canada cars mostly get Bridgestone and some Pirelli
Rest of the world gets a mix between Bridgestone, Pirelli, Michelin and Continental, depending on size. From the ones I have driven the Bridgesones have been the best ( Havent driven the Michelin PS2 Runflats yet )

It's only 2500 miles I would contact the dealer and see if they can replace the tire. Perhaps you got a defect tire.
