Do you regret getting a space grey BMW 3 series?
I'm looking into space grey BMW 3 series sedan. Does anyone regret buying that color or have anything to say about it? If you regret buying it can you please explain why?

I may be bias, but I like the color a lot. It has a good shine for a gray car and hides dirt well!

space grey is a safe color and to me nothing special...not the attention getter for sure, but that depends on what you want with the car....I also deliberated between space grey with red interior and two days placing the order and looking for cars similar in color, I decided to change to something totally different...I went with Montego and saddle interior...I am very glad I made that decision because to me space grey was too plain jane for me!

Space Gray was what I originally speced out; however, the few days leading up to my order, I switched from Space Gray to Alpine White and then finally to Crimson Red.
I went with the red because 1) I like red 2) had a silver car for the last seven years and then a white car for four years before that 3) when I go to sell this car in about five years, the silver/gray color may not be as popular as it currently is (just a guess) and perhaps the uncommon color of red might be back in vogue and will sell better. There are tons of white and silver/gray BMW's on the market right now. When I was at the dealership making my purchase, I checked out the colors in the lot one last time and decided to go with what was speaking to me. Go with what your gut tells you. |

I don't have space grey I think it may also depend on whether you are thinking of getting aftermarket wheels. To me, I prefer not having the car and wheels be of the same color (unless you're going for the black-out look), and I like to save the grey for the wheel. I can't remember the last time I cleaned my wheels

getting space gray was the best decision ever! my last car was a loud color and it got nothing but attention from police and sketchy ass people i didnt want eyeing my car. the SG looks great in all light conditions and hides dirt and light scratches fairly well. my car actually has a small dent in it right now and you can't even see it unless you feel the car with your hand. i think SG is possibly the best color to achieve the classy/sporty combo, which is exactly what i want.

Not that I don't regret it, there is a very high chance that my next 335 or M3 will be Space Gray as well. I love that color.

I had the same problem when deciding what color, from all the pictures Space Grey looked VERY boring. But in real life, its a amazing color and i dont regret it one bit.
