Great Deals at Passport BMW in MD

Guys,

If anyone was thinking about buying or know someone who wants a BMW, have them go to Passport BMW in Marlow Heights, MD. I spoke with my sales guy and any reasonable offers will be accepted. I highly recommend this guy and the dealership. Very professional and clean showroom. Here's his info:

But if you are doing ED, then Jorn Esser is your man. He deals from ED invoice and invoice on options. Very friendly and since he is orignally from Munich is a treasure trove of info on what to do, see and how to get around.

Agree w/ the above the dealership is in their new showroom. They are BMWCCA friendly. The service area is top notch and professional. Ask for SA Stephen Heath or Bogdan. These guys are knowledgeable and will not BS you. If they do not know the answer they will tell you they don't, but they will find out and get back to you in no time. Passport also gives you BMW loaners.
I live in Fairfax County and refuse to take my car to any dealer here. Particularly because of how I was treated when I was looking for my car at Sterling & Fairfax and Arlington BMW's rep preceeds them. I feel sales and service go hand-in-hand. And no I am not that unreasonable, asshat BMW owner.

My only con was an issue I had w/ their Finance department. Too long to re-hash here. See my ED write-up.
