Air circulation

I just got my car back from the dealer who had to take down the whole dashboard to get rid of some rattles, which apparently was successful. Now I suspect that the AC air recirculation/outside air mode is not working properly. Before, when I switched from outside air to recycle, the blower sound will be louder. Do you guys notice this? How can I be sure that it is or it is not working?

go to your garage, hook up a smoke machine, and if hte smoke gets into your car with the auto air circulation mode, then it's working.

I'm just thinking out loud
