245/35's and 275/30's on 19" speedo problems?

I realize the speedo is already pretty bad in the BMW's as far as accuracy goes, but for those of you running the above mentioned tire sizes on 19" rims, specifically 19x8.5F, 19x9.5R, is your speedo noticably worse?

Nope...somehow, it's still showing 2-3mph above the actual speed based on my GPS speed limit. I set 75mph in the GPS, but when it beeped, I saw 77-78mph on my car speedometer. Again, my speed was constant. My Accord showed exactly 75mph when the GPS beeped.
